Her Voice that echos through all The Women. Through the hundreds, and the thousands, and the millions, and the billions. She is echoing below and above and around and through. Can you feel it? Can you feel Her? It is a miraculous time to be alive.

Working with Tabby was an amazing experience because she is a gifted guide. She has this way of blending the intuitive with the very rational, logical and practical, and somehow helping you do the same alongside her.

I believe the world is ready for feminine leadership and that women leaders are the solution to the world’s ills. I also believe that when women and men share in leadership, we create the possibility of an energetic balance between the feminine and the masculine, which I believe will ultimately create the circumstances for global peace.

As a woman who always expected that I would breastfeed my child, I now see that there are so many nuances that come along with breastfeeding. It is not all about what I want. I have another player on the team. My son. What we do is not based solely on what I want or solely on what he wants. It is a dance between the two of us. It is where both of our energies meet.

I believe that the single most important leadership skill is authenticity. So often we think of authenticity as something innate, or an adjective for how we do what we do, but I see it as a muscle that takes intentional, daily-practice to buff up.

This hiding however is starting to backfire on us. The reason? The world is aching for feminine wisdom to come forward. The world is starving for feminine compassion and connection. The world is begging for you, as a woman, to step forward with your voice so that you can heal our planet.

I believe so strongly that it is time for women to speak and lead by example – but most importantly, from the stage. I believe women hold the key to bringing our world into greater balance and bringing back the respect for all of humanity. I believe that when we as women join together as sisters, we can accomplish anything.

While these figures are all quite ghastly, I am starting to wonder if leadership for women really means rising to the top? Or is "rising to the top" an aspiration that is more fitting for a masculine paradigm, and not the best approach for feminine leadership?

I believe the task of our time is not just to bring more women into positions of power, but to empower women to transform the institutions they are part of by bringing their wisdom, critiques, perspectives and solutions to the fore.

More women's voices are needed in public leadership. In the U.S., there are 72 women in the U.S. House of Representatives, 17 women in the Senate, and only six female governors.

Fourth wave feminism is not about "fighting for our rights." It is about coming into ourselves as leaders so that we never have to "fight" for anything.

After observing that women have trouble taking credit for their success, and therefore miss out on a lot of opportunities, Canadian-born Susan Macaulay grew frustrated. As a public speaking coach and as a woman, she was also disturbed by the fact that the TED conferences, one of the most progressive movements of our time, did not have gender balance among their conference speakers. So what did she do about this?
