  • No. Many women arrive with a seed of an idea, a body of experience, or a sense of the conversation they want to contribute to. Together, we’ll clarify your message, develop your thought leadership, and shape your Signature Talk step-by-step throughout the program.

  • That’s absolutely natural, and you are not alone. Many women join Speak & Prosper because they know they’re ready for a more visible chapter, but still feel fear, self-doubt, or uncertainty around being seen and heard more publicly.

    This program is designed to support not only your speaking skills, but also your confidence, voice, and leadership presence. You’ll grow inside a supportive community of women who are also stepping into greater visibility and thought leadership.

  • No. Speak & Prosper is designed for women who want to become more influential public voices. For some women, that leads to keynote speaking, conferences, or TEDx. For others, it strengthens their leadership within their organization, supports a book, expands their media presence, or helps them build a larger platform around their ideas.

    At the heart of the program is learning to communicate what you stand for with clarity, confidence, and authority. Public speaking is one of the most powerful ways to do that—but it's only one part of becoming a thought leader.

  • Yes. Speak & Prosper is designed to help you create a powerful Signature Talk that can become the foundation for many kinds of speaking opportunities, including keynote talks, conference presentations, corporate trainings, podcasts, women’s circles, and TEDx talks.

    You’ll receive coaching and support to craft a talk that is clear, compelling, and TEDx-ready. For women seeking more personalized support with TEDx talk development and the TEDx application process, I also offer a limited number of private coaching spots each year.   • Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week. This includes one 75-minute live group session on Zoom, along with supportive time for writing, refining, and practicing your talk throughout the week.

    You’ll also have access to session replays and resources, so you can move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for your life.

  • While Speak & Prosper is a group program, you’ll still receive personalized coaching and feedback throughout the experience. This includes live coaching during our sessions, opportunities to practice your talk, and direct feedback from both Tabby and your sister cohort members.

    There is also a VIP Upgrade option available for women who would like additional personalized support, including a private script review and 1:1 coaching session with Tabby.

  • Each cohort includes a limited number of scholarship and supported-access opportunities. If cost is the only thing standing between you and joining us, I encourage you to apply. If a scholarship feels supportive for your current situation, you’ll be able to indicate your interest during the application process.
