Speak on Stage is an 8-week private mentorship for women who have an upcoming speaking opportunity and want expert support developing a compelling talk and preparing to deliver it with confidence and impact.

Whether you’re preparing for a keynote, TEDx talk, conference, university, corporate event, or another influential stage, I’ll work closely with you to shape your ideas into a powerful talk, build your speaker confidence, and get you ready to deliver your talk on stage.

Hi, I’m Tabby.

Since delivering my TEDx talk in 2015, I have helped hundreds of women changemakers and leaders find their voice, craft influential talks, and prepare to share their message on stage.

I care deeply about gender equality, racial equality, and the human rights of women and girls. I believe the elevation of women’s voices and leadership will create a more just, equitable and peaceful world.

✔ 8 private 55-minute mentorship sessions via Zoom (1x/week)

✔ Up to 3 hours of editorial review and written feedback on your talk

✔ 2 Practice Presentations during sessions with feedback and coaching

✔ Strategic assignments between sessions to move your talk forward in clear, manageable steps

✔ Accountability and support to stay on track, motivated and encouraged throughout the process

✔ Personalized mentorship and support around confidence, visibility, and stage presence as you prepare to take the stage

  • Speak on Stage can be customized for a keynote, Signature Talk, TEDx talk, conference presentation, corporate event, university talk, nonprofit event, leadership summit, or another significant speaking opportunity.

    We’ll customize our work around your audience, goals, format, and timeline.

  • Speak on Stage is designed primarily for women who have an upcoming speaking opportunity and need focused support developing their talk and preparing for the stage. If you are in conversation about a specific opportunity but it has not yet been confirmed, you are welcome to schedule a Discovery Call so we can determine whether the timing is right.

    If your goal is broader and you want support developing your thought leadership, speaking platform, and public speaking career, my Speak & Prosper Private Mentorship may be a better fit.

    We can determine the best pathway for you during your Discovery Call.

  • Yes. If you already have a confirmed TEDx opportunity and need focused or time-sensitive support developing your talk and preparing for the stage, Speak on Stage can be customized for your needs.

    If TEDx is your goal but you have not yet been selected for an event, I recommend my TEDx Private Mentorship, which supports you through the larger TEDx journey, including developing your idea, navigating applications and pitches, developing your talk, and preparing for the TEDx stage.

  • No. We will work together as a team. I will be with you every step of the way to guide you and break down the writing process into clear, strategic, manageable steps so you can make the impact you desire with your talk. Through our work together, I will evoke the material out of you that is needed for your talk and provide you with detailed editorial guidance and support to get you and your talk ready for the stage.

  • Absolutely. We can begin wherever you are.

    If you have an outline, partial draft, or existing presentation that needs significant development, we’ll use it as our starting point and determine what needs to be strengthened, reshaped, expanded, or removed.

    If you already have a strong full draft and primarily need editorial feedback rather than eight weeks of private mentorship, my Editorial Review may be a better fit.

  • Speak on Stage includes support with delivery, presence, and stage confidence as we prepare your talk for the stage. We can work on body language, vocal delivery, pacing, articulation, nerves, and helping you feel more confident and fully present in front of your audience.

    If your talk is already fully developed and you are looking specifically for presentation and delivery coaching, a shorter private coaching engagement may be more appropriate.

    We can determine the best fit during your Discovery Call.
