A TEDx talk is an incredible vehicle for women leaders to share what matters to them most and influence culture.

I have had the honor of coaching hundreds of women leaders from different industries — from media & entertainment, to tech, to entrepreneurship, to business, to non-profits, activism and social change — to prepare for the delivery of their TEDx talk on the TEDx stage.

What I love about TEDx talks is that they have a specific idea to share, in 18 minutes or less. An idea that will challenge an audience’s ideas, their perceptions and their viewpoints and present a new way of thinking about how they see the world. This is an excellent way for women changemakers to amplify their voice and accelerate the change they are here to make in the world.

Below, I am sharing five of my favorite TEDx talks by female changemakers. They vary in topic and objective. May they each inspire you to speak your truth and step out in a bigger way to create the change you are here to make in the world.
