Whether you’re a seasoned public speaker or are stepping on stage for your first ever speaking gig, nerves are a natural part of the process.

The affirmations below are ones that I turn to so I can ground into the deeper purpose of my message and my intention for sharing it with the audience.

If you’re getting ready to do some public speaking, I encourage you to try them out. Before you go on stage, you can say them out loud or quietly to yourself. Either way works!

5 Affirmations to Use Before You Speak on Stage

First: It is safe for me to speak my truth.
Second: Someone is waiting for my words.
Third: I am showing up in service to the audience.
Fourth: I am committed to showing up as a loving channel for this message.
Fifth: I’ve got this.

Save these for your next speaking gig, and let me know how it goes!
