As our world continues to struggle on numerous fronts, many of us are being called right now to use our voice in service of the Divine Feminine — to expand feminine consciousness and female-centered stories in our culture and society. There is medicine to this.

But sometimes fear and overwhelm get in our way and prevent us from putting our work out there in the world.

I know what it’s like to write and feel like you’re out there on your own. I know what it’s like to worry about whether your writing will make sense to others and have the impact you intend. And, I especially know what it’s like to be scared of being rejected, abandoned or ostracized for what you wrote. I’ve struggled with all of this.

I also know the pain of not writing what needs to be written.

We all have a story to tell — whether it’s through screenplay, song, speech, novel, non-fiction writing, essay, blog, spoken word, or another means of self-expression. Your self-expression is a gift, and it brings much-needed healing to those who have the privilege of witnessing it.

Do you have a writing project you’re longing to put out there, but are struggling with feeling stalled, scared or overwhelmed?

Some of you may remember me mentioning back in May that I was dreaming up a new group for women who are breaking from patriarchal thought and are telling stories from a feminine perspective and value system called ‘The Divine Feminine Writer’s Group.’

Since that time, I’ve been incubating the group and am excited to share that the group is launching in September!

I am currently welcoming applications for membership. I’ll be accepting applications until August 30th. Applications will be reviewed and selected by Sept. 1st.

You don’t need to write about the Divine Feminine to be a part of the group. All topics are welcome. It’s for women who are feeling called by the Divine Feminine to have a greater voice in the world, but are struggling with going at their writing project(s) alone.

How would you like to have a sisterhood community of writers to provide you with feedback, keep you accountable, and support you to take your writing project the next steps?

How would you like to be able to take more risks and test out new material within a loving group of women before putting it out in the world?

Whether you are just waking up to the Divine Feminine, or have been traveling this path for awhile, I welcome you to this circle.

Whether you’re writing a novel, a non-fiction book, a screenplay, a one-woman show, a poem, a speech, a song, a blog, an essay, spoken word, or another form of creative expression, this group is open to you.

The Divine Feminine Writer’s Group will be there to witness you, support you, provide you with feedback, encourage you, hold you accountable, and inspire you to take your project(s) the next steps. This sisterhood community will celebrate you, cheer you on, and have your back as you put your voice out into the world in new and perhaps, more daring ways.
